Return / Exchange Self-Serve Process:

- Go to the “Orders” section and select the item you wish to Return or Exchange.
- ₹69 charges per order is applicable to all return requests.
- Select a reason for the return or exchange and submit your request.
- Once your request is received, a pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive an email requesting your bank details to process the refund after the return is completed.

I was apprehensive of purchasing the product as this site was unheard of by me. Looking at the prices I thought this can't be true.
