What is the exchange & return window?

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.


When can I request a return or exchange?

If your product arrives with a manufacturing hiccup (faulty stitching, material issues, or other workmanship defects), we’re happy to assist with an exchange or return.


When is a return or exchange not possible?

Change of Mind – We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after purchase.
Used or Damaged Items – Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear and tear cannot be accepted.
Missing Tags/Packaging – Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

What is the exchange process?

       Exchanges are allowed for manufacturing defects or size issues (based on availability).

       Our team will confirm available options and arrange pickup if eligible.


What is the return process?

       For defective products, please share a short description and clear photos/videos of the issue.

       Once we inspect and confirm the defect, we’ll process your return and refund.


How do I initiate refunds?

For COD Orders

  1. Our courier will pick up the product.
  2. To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, we kindly request you to enter your bank account details at the time of initiating your return request.
  3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after quality check.
  4. You’ll receive tracking updates along the way.

For Prepaid Orders

       Refunds go directly to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after cancellation.

       Return/s: We’ll initiate the refund within 24 to 48 hours post quality checks after which the refund should be reflecting in customer/s source account within 3–5 business days (prepaid) and 5 to 7 business days if it’s a (COD).


For Order Cancellations

       COD Orders: No refund required.

       Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed to the original source within 3 to 5 business days.


Special Conditions

o   Exchange: Allowed once for size or defect (subject to stock).
