Return and Exchange Period

You have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return for any product segment in our range.

What's Okay:

  • Something's Off: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we're here to assist. This refers to issues that occurred during the production process, such as irregularities in workmanship or materials.

What's Not Okay:

  • Change of Heart: Decided it's not exactly what you were looking for? We understand, but we cannot accept exchanges or returns for this reason. We encourage you to make informed choices before finalizing your purchase.
  • Wear and Tear: Products that exhibit signs of everyday use, misuse, or accidental wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Your Oops: If the product sustains damage while in your possession, whether through accidental or intentional actions, it does not qualify for an exchange or return.
  • Missing Tags or Packaging: To streamline the process, please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, complete with all tags and packaging.

Refund Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If your COD order is delivered and subsequently returned, we will require your bank details to process the refund. Please send your bank account information to our secured email address at We prioritize your privacy and ensure that your information is handled securely.

For Prepaid Orders

If you paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days from the time of cancellation or return.

Order Cancellation Refund

If you cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • For COD orders, no refund is necessary as no payment has been made.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the source account within 7-10 days.
