Exchange and Return Period

You have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return for any product segment in our range.


What’s Okay

  • Something’s Off: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist.

  • This refers to issues that occurred during the production process, such as irregularities in workmanship or materials.


What’s Not Okay

  • Change of Heart: Decided it’s not exactly what you were looking for? We understand, but we cannot accept exchanges or returns for this reason. We encourage you to make informed choices before finalising your purchase.

  • Wear and Tear: Products that exhibit signs of everyday use, misuse, or accidental wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Your Oops: If the product sustains damage while in your possession — whether through accidental or intentional actions — it does not qualify for an exchange or return.

  • Missing Tags or Packaging: To streamline the process, please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, complete with all tags and packaging.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product, our team will guide you on available options, including a size or variant change, subject to stock availability.

Return Process

For returns due to manufacturing defects, the product will undergo inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we’ll initiate the return and refund process. Please share a description and supporting photos/videos of the issue while contacting us.


No Return Policy

Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures product quality and hygiene.


Refund Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  1. Return Pickup: Our shipping partner will collect the item from your address.

  2. Send Bank Details: Email your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code to help@fyva.in after pickup. Your information is kept secure.

  3. Quick Refunds: Once we receive and quality-check the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

  4. Stay Informed: You’ll receive tracking details to monitor your return journey.


For Prepaid Orders

If paid via credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 days of cancellation or return.

  • Post quality check, we’ll initiate the refund within 3–5 working days.


Order Cancellation Refund

  • COD Orders: No refund needed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds to the source account within 7–10 days if cancelled before shipment.

  • Not eligible for return.

  • Exchanges allowed only in case of manufacturing defects and must be requested via customer care.

Promotional Offers (e.g., B2G1, B3G1, FYAD10, B2GET10, B3GET15, B4GET20)

  • Exchanges: Allowed once for size issues or defects, based on availability.

  • Returns: Allowed, but the original offer no longer applies. Refunds will be recalculated based on the original price, so only a partial refund may be issued.
