You can cancel your order any time before it’s shipped — yes, even if it’s on sale!
If you’ve already paid, don’t worry — we’ll send your refund back to the same payment method you used.

How do I cancel my order?

If you haven’t received your package yet, just reach out to us at help@fyva.in or call 📞 022-489-04150, and we’ll sort it out for you right away.

If your order has already arrived and you’d like to send it back instead, just raise a return request through our Returns & Exchange Policy. Easy and simple.
