What is FYVA's Cancellation Policy?
We totally get it – sometimes you change your mind, and that's okay. At FYVA (Sigalia Solutions Private Limited), we want to make sure the process is easy and clear for you. You can cancel an order at any time before we ship it out to you. This applies to items bought on sale too. If you've already made a payment, don't worry – we'll refund the amount to the same method you used for payment. How do I cancel my Order?
Cancelling an order is simple as long as we haven't sent it on its way to you yet. Just get in touch with us at help@fyva.in or phone at 022-489-04150, and we'll take care of it for you.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you opted for cash on delivery, no worries, there's no refund to worry about because you haven't paid yet. But if you made your payment with a credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet, we'll refund the money to the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
