Return / Exchange Self-Serve Process:

1. Log in using the email address associated with your order.
2. Check your email for a One-Time Password (OTP) for authentication.
3. Enter the OTP on our website to access your account.
4. Go to the “Orders” section and select the item you wish to Return or Exchange.
5. Select a reason for the return or exchange and submit your request.
6. Once your request is received, a pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
7. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive an email requesting your bank details to process the refund after the return is completed.

Delivery times vary from 3 to 10 working days, depending on where you are. We're always trying to speed things up for you. Check the product page by entering your location's pin code to see when your delivery is expected.
